Ingredients

Honey garlic butter sauce:

  • 7-8 diced garlic
  • 2 tbsp salted butter
  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions

Begin by marinating the salmon fillets with salt and covering them with dill. Set aside. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic, and honey to make the garlic butter sauce. In a large pan, sauté garlic, shallots, celery, and cherry tomatoes for 1-2 minutes. Arrange lemon slices in the pan to create a base for the salmon fillets. Place the marinated salmon fillets on top of the lemon slices and generously spread the garlic butter sauce over them. Cook the salmon over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes. Reduce the heat to low and continue cooking for another 10 minutes. Once cooked through, serve the honey garlic butter salmon hot, and if desired, garnish with fresh herbs. Enjoy your delicious meal!
