Responsibly raised in pure Arctic waters, our salmon is seasoned and smoked to enhance flavor, texture, and consistency. With abundant levels of omega-3s and antioxidants, we offer delicious and healthy seafood raised according to stringent standards of environmental health and purity. Our specially crafted smoking methods maintain premium quality and lock in exquisite taste. After being salted or seasoned, the salmon is gently cured under carefully controlled humidity and temperature conditions. Then it is slowly cold-smoked (82° F) or hot-smoked (153° F) over a fire of locally sourced beech wood to create a delicate flavor and texture. Changing Seas smoked salmon combines the best practices and preparation to yield a taste experience beyond compare.

Deliciously firm, healthy fish raised in low-density pens in pure Arctic waters, without added chemicals or added hormones. Our salmon is rich in antioxidants and omega-3 — and incomparable in flavor and texture.
Our pure, nutritious salmon thrive in spacious pens suspended in pristine Norwegian fjords up to 500-600 meters deep (1,640 to 1968 feet). We feed our salmon a 1:1 ratio of fishmeal and oil, from sustainable sources, to replicate their diet in the wild and to keep the ecosystem balanced.
