These appetizers made with our sustainable smoked salmon are a crowd favorite. In just a few minutes, whip up crostini with goat cheese and herb spread, topped with Blue Circle Smoked Salmon, and fresh herbs. Pair smoked salmon crostini with cucumber cups, stuffed with chopped smoked salmon and fresh dill.


Smoked Salmon Cucumber Cups

  • 1 English Cucumber
  • 4 oz Blue Circle Hot Smoked Salmon, chopped
  • 2 ½ tbsp mayo
  • 2 tsp capers (chopped, optional)

Smoked Salmon Crostini

  • 1 French Baguette, cut into 1/2-inch slices
  • 2 ½ tbsp cream cheese
  • 4 oz Blue Circle Norwegian Atlantic Smoked Salmon
  • Fresh dill sprigs


Smoked Salmon Cucumber Cups

  1. Cut cucumber crosswise. Using a spoon, scoop out the inside of each piece to form a cup.
  2. In a bowl, stir together chopped Hot Smoked Salmon, mayo and fresh dill. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Using a small spoon, fill cucumber cups with hot smoked salmon tartare mix.

Serve immediately.

Smoked Salmon Crostini

  1. Preheat oven to 375°. Arrange bread slices in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until toasted.
  2. Spread cream cheese on toasted bread slices.
  3. Layer with Cold Smoked Salmon and top with a fresh sprig.
