Ingredients
- 1 portionBlue Circle Foods Atlantic Salmon, thawed
- 1 cup cooked short grain rice
- 1 cup hot green tea, such as sencha or genmaicha
- salt, to taste
- soy sauce, to taste
- chili oil, to taste
- green onions, sliced
- sesame seeds, optional
- nori, optional
Instructions
- Season the salmon with salt.
- Pan sear or broil the salmon until cooked through and lightly crisp on the outside.
- Add the hot cooked rice to a bowl. Place the salmon on top, leaving it whole or gently flaking it into large pieces.
- Pour the hot green tea over the rice and salmon.
- Add a splash of soy sauce and a pinch of salt.
- Top with chili oil and green onions. Add sesame seeds or nori, if desired.
- Eat immediately while the broth is hot and the salmon is crisp.
