Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Blue Circle Foods! Feel good fish is on its way to you. 

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES 

Orders are processed in the order in which they are received. Once an order is successfully placed, processing may take up to 2-3 days. In the event of a nationally recognized holiday, orders will be processed the following business day. Once your package leaves our fulfillment center, transit time will vary depending on the shipping service selected at checkout. 

SHIPPING COSTS 

We offer a flat rate of $30 for Standard 2-Day Air Shipping. Standard 2-Day Air Shipping is free on all orders over $150.  

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS 

We only ship within the continental United States. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico.  We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

CHILLING 

We use environmentally-friendly cooler boxes and carefully measured dry ice based on the final destination of your package and the number of products in the shipment to keep things cold. Sometimes, the dry ice will dissipate during transit, but if none is visible in your box that’s ok. Use the touch test - if your product is cool to the touch, it is safe to eat or refrigerate for later use. 


TRACKING INFORMATION
 

You will receive your tracking number within 24 hours of your order being shipped. Tracking information will be sent to the email used to place the order. Please refer to your tracking information for the specific delivery date.  

Tracking information will be sent in a separate email. If you don't receive the tracking information, please check your junk and spam folders! If you have placed a large order, it may arrive in more than one box and you will receive tracking information for each one of those boxes. 

ORDER CHANGE REQUESTS 

If you would like to modify your order, please contact us as soon as you can at hello@bluecirclefoods.com. We are able to modify orders only if we receive your communication before the order is processed. To avoid a situation like this, please double-check all order information prior to finalizing your order. 


ORDER DELAYS
 

We know how important it is for you to get your delivery on time and will always strive to meet expectations. We do not, however, offer refunds for delays caused by one of our shipping partners due to weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disaster, inaccurate shipping information, mistakes on the part of our shipping partners’ employees or similar reasons that are outside of our control.


GIFT NOTES
 

We do not offer gift notes at this time. 


DAMAGED PRODUCTS
 

If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us right away at hello@bluecirclefoods.com so that we can make things right! Please include images of the damaged product in its shipping box as well as the lot code of the product in your email so that we can make a claim with our shipping insurance provider, Route. Product should be refrigerated or frozen immediately upon receipt, depending on when you would like to enjoy it. 


UNATTENDED PACKAGES
 

Blue Circle Foods is not responsible for any damage or theft resulting from unattended packages. This includes failed deliveries. 


DISPOSING OF SHIPPING MATERIAL
 

We use environmentally-friendly shipping materials. When a box arrives, carefully dispose of the dry ice. The insulating liner and box can be recycled in most states.
