RETURNS
Due to the perishable nature of our products and their need to be shipped cold, we do not accept returns on our products. We are also not able to accept any returns to bluecirclefoods.com of Blue Circle Foods products purchased elsewhere than on our website.
REFUNDS AND RESHIPMENTS
If your order arrives damaged or otherwise defective, please reach out to us right away at hello@bluecirclefoods.com so that we can make things right! Please include images of the damaged product in its shipping box as well as the lot code of the product in your email so that we can make a claim with our shipping insurance provider, Route.
Product defects must be reported within 7 days of receipt of the order. Refunds and replacement product will be issued on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit refunds and replacements, and we can only offer one replacement per consumer.
All refunds are initiated to the original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
EXCHANGES
We do not accept exchanges on any of our products.
