- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 cup cooked short grain white rice

- ginger carrot dressing (or dressing of choice)

Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine gochujang, soy sauce, and honey. add salmon cubes and toss to coat. Air fry seasoned salmon cubes at 400°F for 7-9 minutes until beautifully caramelized and cooked through.
