Sticky Gochujang Salmon Bowl
This vibrant, single-serving bowl features tender, gochujang-glazed salmon air-fried to caramelized perfection. It's layered over fluffy white rice with crisp cabbage and blanched broccoli, then finished with a zesty ginger-carrot dressing and an optional kick of chili oil for a quick, flavorful, and satisfying meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 Blue Circle Foods Atlantic Salmon portions, thawed and cubed
  • 1 tbsp gochujang
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 cup cooked short grain white rice
  • shredded cabbage
  • blanched broccoli
  • ginger carrot dressing (or dressing of choice)
  • chili oil (optional)

Instructions

In a medium bowl, combine gochujang, soy sauce, and honey. add salmon cubes and toss to coat. Air fry seasoned salmon cubes at 400°F for 7-9 minutes until beautifully caramelized and cooked through. Assemble your bowl by layering fluffy rice, crisp cabbage, and tender broccoli. Top it all with the irresistible sticky salmon, a drizzle of your favorite dressing, and a touch of chili oil if you like a little extra heat.
