Shrimp Gratin Dip

Delectable and simple, our sustainable shrimp pairs with butter, cheese, and the perfect pinch of herbs to make a crowd-pleasing plate! Use gruyere, Swiss or white cheddar for the ultimate pairing. Easy to dish up using toasted baguette or crackers! It's certain to please everyone at the table.


  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 lb. Pacific White Shrimp
  • 2 cups grated cheese: white cheddar, gruyere or Swiss
  • 1 load baguette, toasted
  • 2 tbsp herbs; parsley or chives for garnish


Peel tails off of thawed shrimp, and pat dry Melt 2 tbsp. of butter in a small cast iron skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp to the skillet and season with a pinch of salt. Sear all over until no longer pink, about 5 - 7 mins Add 2 cups of grated cheese and broil until the cheese is melted and starting to brown and bubble. Remove from heat and garnish with herbs. Serve with toasted baguette
